Fudickar Leichtbau has more than 40 years of experience in the construction of aluminum equipment and chassis frames. During this time, not only the types but also their design and manufacturing processes have changed and developed fundamentally. Thanks to these many years of experience, we now have a proven, broad “modular system” that can be individually adapted to any customer requirement.

Based on modern CAD design, we work closely with our customers on the further development of new types of troughs. Subsequent production is semi-automated using modern welding technology. Fudickar Leichtbau only uses aluminum alloys with high wear resistance.

ApplicationThe tipper is suitable for grain, peat, ash, paper, waste, wood chips, and palletized goods. The tipper is prepared for the "Cargo Floor" system. -

Volume: 35 - 90 m³		The tipper is constructed using sheet metal and ribbed construction, making it particularly light yet stable. Depending on the sheet thickness, it is also suitable for coarser bulk materials. it features a mudtight design with a sheet metal rear flap.

Volume: 12 - 35 m³		The tipper is suitable for bulk materials up to fist size, such as sans, gravel, crushed stone, soil, bitumen, and much more. It offers excellent load slippage behavior with a well-centered distribution. The superstructure features a very stable upper frame.The body consists of two sidewall plates and a floor shell. The rear wall is made of hollow profiles, while the front wall is made of sheet metal.

Volume: 12 - 23 m³		Container / Swap body in sizes 20', 30', and 40', constructed using sheet metal and ribbed construction. Approved according to UIC 592-4 for combined transport by rail and road. Smooth interior walls. The removable cross brace allows for unobstructed loading from the rear.

Volume 36 - 75 m³		Chassis frame made of high-strength aluminum alloys. Beams are made from two strapes with a bridge plate, welded automatically. Available either as longitudinal beams or as a complete frame.
