Mechanically switchable lifting magnets are equipped with powerful neodymium magnets and do not require an external energy supply. The magnet is placed on the center point of the work piece and activated by moving the lever. A safety factor ≥ 3:1 ensures that the work pieces are securely attached to the magnets. All adhesion data is based on testing in accordance with EN 13155 using a steel plate made from low-carbon steel of a sufficient thickness and a flatness < 0.1/500mm.
